How photos, videos, payments, and account data are handled

What this service does

The service creates a short AI video from one photo you upload. The photo may be a real adult or a pet. The video is labeled AI-generated.

Data we store

  • Account data from sign-in, including email and verification status.
  • The photo you upload, stored in private object storage.
  • The generated video, stored in private object storage.
  • A generation record: model, tier, subject (human or pet), status, credit use, consent time, and a hash of the request IP. The raw IP address is not stored.
  • Payment records and a credit balance. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider, not stored here.
  • A hashed device id in a short-lived rate-limit counter.

Who else processes the photo

To render the video, the service gives the model provider a temporary URL for your photo and a text prompt. The provider returns a video URL, which this service copies into private storage. Do not upload a photo you are not allowed to share with that provider.

Free and paid videos

The free video is shown in a player with a visible AI-generated watermark. The service does not offer a clean download of that file. Paid videos can be downloaded by the account that created them.

Retention

Uploaded photos and generated videos are deleted within 30 days. You can also delete your account from the security settings. Payment records may be kept where accounting rules require it.
