Likeness Consent

Your confirmation

Before a video is generated you confirm that:

• the photo shows one real adult who is 18 or older, or one pet;
• you have the right to use that likeness for an AI video;
• the person is not a celebrity or public figure;
• the photo does not show a minor.

For a person, the generator requires that confirmation. For a pet, you confirm you have the right to use the photo. The time of that confirmation is stored with the generation.

What the video does

The model receives your photo as a reference image and a text description of a rural pond, a white pickup, and an off-camera visitor. It writes new speech. It is not given a recording to copy.

What you must not do

Do not upload a photo to put words in the mouth of a real person who did not agree, and do not present the result as a genuine recording of them. The player and the download page label the output as AI-generated.

Removal

If you uploaded a photo you should not have used, delete the generation history by deleting the account, and contact us through the contact page. We can refuse generation that breaks these rules.
